We believe Poptraits prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
All pop art we create is only based on artist styles. The styles are not direct copies of, or meant to directly duplicate or imitate the artist named. The styles are in no way affiliated with any artist mentioned.
We reserve the right to refuse work that we deam to be immoral, offensive or illegal.
Poptraits does not operate a credit facility. All payment for items are made up front. Work will only commence once payment has been given and funds have cleared.
We have the right to refuse alterations at the proofing stage if we deam the requested changes to be excessive. An additional fee may be incured if the client still wishes to proceed with the modifications.
Due to the nature of our business, Poptraits cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for. If a request to cancel has been made before this time, a full refund will be given.
Refunds will only be given if work has not commenced and a cancellation request has been granted.
As we offer a personalised service, we do not operate a returns policy.

All canvas printing and delivery is carried out by a third party company whos details and terms and conditions can be provided on request. All our artwork is hand produced so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery from date of purchase.
